Our Executive Drain & Scrub is for tanks that require an extensive, deep cleaning due to excessive fouling on both the bottom and sides. Every part of your tank is scrubbed or water blasted, sanitised, and restored to optimal condition.
For safety and efficiency, this process requires two operators on-site, adhering to strict health and safety regulations. Pre-entry, the tank is gas tested and recorded. Often, due to our efficient process, a Premium Vacuum & Filter is all that is required.
The Executive Drain & Scrub starts by vacuuming the bottom sludge and sediment to waste, similar to our other service tiers. We then drain the entire tank completely to allow for a more intensive cleaning. We bring our own sanitised water on-site to use for cleaning the tank. A member of our team enters the tank, and water blasts or brush washes the tank's bottom and sides, thoroughly removing any stubborn grime, buildup or biofilm.
After scrubbing, we remove the final debris and the last few litres of silty water and vacuum the tailings. We then sanitise all surfaces with a ULV fog to ensure the tank is free from bacteria and viruses internally.
Depending on the tank's size and condition, this process generally takes 2 hours for a standard-sized tank.
As the tank is completely drained for this service, replacement water will need to be purchased, which can be arranged by either the client or our team.
Conditions apply to our Executive Drain & Scrub service depending on the tank type and groundwater levels.
Price is $535 + GST per tank, plus travel.
Travel is calculated upon receiving your address, generally $60 to $120, as 2 certified technicians/vehicles are required on-site
